Saint-Rémy-de-Provence

Saint Rémy de Provence:

Narrow streets, gurgling fountains, intimate squares and Renaissance architecture will charm as you stroll under the shade of century-old plane trees. The Provencal way of life means outdoor cafés and people watching – there is nowhere better than in one of the many cafes throughout the village. The market, each Wednesday, starts in the centre in front of the town hall and sprawls in every direction.  This is the day to wake early and discover Saint Rémy de Provence.

Winters are gentle and dry, and summers are hot and dry. The highest temperatures are in July and August and the lowest in December and January. With sunshine for more than 300 days a year, it is easy to understand why so many well-known people have made it home.
