Arrival:
Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
In case of arrival planned after 7:00 p.m., please contact us so that we can give you the information of your arrival independently.
Departure:
Departure time is between 8:30 am and 11:00 am. The rooms are available until 11:00 am on the day of departure. A one night penalty may be applied in case of late departure.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is included in your rate and is served daily from 8:30 to 10:00.
Guarantee and cancellation
The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
The payment of your stay will be made at the time of your arrival or the next day, if you arrived outside the opening hours of the reception.
Cancellations:
D-7: 50% of the amount of your stay
No show: 100% of the amount of your stay
In case of interruption of stay, the total amount of your stay will remain due.
Gift vouchers
Neither exchangeable, nor modifiable, nor refundable.

Access:
Please note that the garden and the rooms are not accessible to non-paying guests.
If you wish to meet friends who do not have a room in our guesthouse, please ask us for permission.
Respect:
Our guest house is a peaceful and shared place. We thank you for respecting the calm and not making noise in the evening, for having any type of behavior that may disturb the other guests.
Tobacco:
Our guest house and all its exteriors (bedrooms and garden included) are completely non-smoking.
A penalty of €150 will be charged to your credit card if you smoke in your room or anywhere in the hotel.
Children
All children present must be mentioned in the reservation, no additional person can be added after the confirmation of the reservation.
Parking space:
We have a parking space, available by reservation only, located 5 minutes walk from our guest house.
Animals
Pets are not allowed in la Maison du Village.
Damage:
Any damage caused will be charged for the replacement or, if possible, cleaning of the equipment concerned. Any reservation implies the acceptance of our general conditions of sale above. If you do not respect them during your stay, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately without reimbursement.
